So when can I come to Fresh Tracks..?

New for 2025, due to popular demand, we are running two, five day residential Off to Uni (Life Skills) courses. These courses will be run from our amazing location in Polzeath, Cornwall, so not only will they be packed full of amazing cooking practice and practical life lessons, they also will be great fun with the opportunity to make the most of being by the beach in Cornwall for the summer!

how do i book?

If you want to come to Fresh Tracks, you can easily book using the links below. If you would prefer to reserve your place with a non-refundable deposit, then this is also possible. If the start of the course is less than 8 weeks away, you will need to book and pay in full.

Booking your place...

Click on the date below that you would like to come, click the "add to cart" button and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to fill in a form with your date of birth and address before you're taken to the secure payment page. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us (check your junk folder), and we will be in touch to let you know any other information you need before you arrive.

Reserving your place...

Please give us a ring or send us an email, our details are at the bottom of the page. It's always great to chat to you before you arrive so that you can get to know us and we can really understand what you're looking for and check Fresh Tracks is a good fit for you. Your place will be reserved with a £300 non refundable deposit, and full payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the course start date.
