So when can I come to Fresh Tracks..?
We are returning for summer 2025 with lots more dates at our beautiful location in Polzeath, Cornwall. So not only will you learn how to be a great chalet host, but you will also get to enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer in the summer. We will be running eight, five day, residential courses, from Sunday to Friday, starting on the 15th June.
how do i book?
If you want to come to Fresh Tracks, you can easily book using the links below. If you would prefer to reserve your place with a non-refundable deposit, then this is also possible. If the start of the course is less than 8 weeks away, you will need to book and pay in full.
Booking your place...
Click on the date below that you would like to come, click the "add to cart" button and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to fill in a form with your date of birth and address before you're taken to the secure payment page. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us (check your junk folder), and we will be in touch to let you know any other information you need before you arrive.

Reserving your place...
Please give us a ring or send us an email, our details are at the bottom of the page. It's always great to chat to you before you arrive so that you can get to know us and we can really understand what you're looking for and check Fresh Tracks is a good fit for you. Your place will be reserved with a £300 non refundable deposit, and full payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the course start date.
When you book on to the residential we will immediately give you free access to our online “Getting a Job” course for you to complete in your own time to help you put together your CV, covering letters and menu plans, tailored specifically to chalet hosting. The online course will also give you helpful advice for interviews and following the course itself we can give you a personal reference.
Closer to the start of your residential we will also give you free access to our online “Level 2 Food Hygiene Course” which will enable you to gain your accredited certificate, as well as further your understand of the application of the principles of food hygiene standards specifically to the chalet host role.
What if I can’t make any of the residential courses…?
If you are not able to book onto one of our residential courses, then check out our selection of online courses. They offer the perfect way to gain the experience you need to get a job whilst giving you plenty of time to practice at home.
