We are exceptionally proud of the feedback we get from our students each year, and use it to make sure Fresh Tracks is always giving you what you want and need. We are also very pleased with the relationships we have built, and reputation we have established, within the ski industry with companies who recruit our students. Fresh Tracks is built upon our own knowledge and experiences of chalet hosting and so we are also humbled each year when we get comments from our employers, managers and guests.
Feedback is the main reason that we know we are doing a really good job, running Fresh Tracks and working as hosts. Take a look at some of the nice things that people have said about us below:

“From the very outset it was clear that this was going to be informative and fun. The communication regarding booking on and sending out the course literature prior to the start of the course was first class. The course was delivered, in fantastic surroundings that complemented the instruction perfectly. Polzeath is truly magical!
The Course structure/content was absolutely spot on, with just the right mixture of practical application and also sharing of Steve, Rebecca and Bens’ vast experiences in and around the Chalet world. The delivery method was structured with just the right balance of humour and breaks. All three of the instructors, are clearly very experienced (14 years in the Hospitality and Chalet industry) and more than happy to communicate their experiences, making them relevant to those of us who were starting our individual journeys in Resorts. The course covers not only cookery in great detail but also the delivery of chalet and resort activities to the highest of standards whilst providing tips to prevent “chalet blues” and “burnout” in a long and busy season. The Team, also provided access to industry experts and other hosts who had completed numerous seasons, at dinner, to provide another dimension and wider networking opportunities. The ability to question others in the industry in senior positions regarding employment, visas, travel, etc etc was extremely useful and popular.
In summary, I cannot thank and recommend Fresh Tracks highly enough. The price point is just right, the location was amazing and the FT team were extremely impressive and more importantly truly passionate about their trade and how to get the most from anyone’s adventure. I wish them well in their continuing journey and will be certainly referring my hosts to attend their course(s) to develop their individual skills and knowledge in the future.
