I completed your course last week and I absolutely loved it! Even though I cook a lot, I learned so much. My parents loved having a personal chef all week and I had so much fun having my friends over for a dinner party on the last night.

“For two seasons, Steve and Becky have trained our new chalet host chefs, giving them the best start they could possibly have. I could not imagine being trained by two better people if you truly want to understand what it means to get the best out of a season as a Chalet Host/Chef.”

What is chalet hosting?

Chalet hosting is a juggling act: one minute you’re hosting a dinner party, the next you’re scrubbing toilets.

But chalet hosting isn't just a job - it's a lifestyle, and there are  fantastic rewards which come with it...

“The Fresh Tracks course focuses on a wide spectrum of hosting skills including food hygiene, menu planning, budgeting, welcoming guests and dealing with challenging situations, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and…the all important cooking.”
— Sam Thomsett

Gallery

We take lots of photos here at Fresh Tracks, and whilst on season, so that you can get a real idea of what we're about.

After all, what's the point of having a great time if there are no photos to show for it..?

“Had the best week with some great people @freshtrackschaletschool... If you’re thinking of doing a ski season I would highly recommend these guys! So stoked for the season ahead!!”
— Jake Carder
