How Does the course run?

Running from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon, our 5-day residential course is an intensive and fun filled experience.

The course day is divided into morning and evening sessions where we cover key topics through informal and engaging presentations, discussions and activities. Combined with various practical tasks and informative demonstrations, everyone has the opportunity practice cooking a variety of dishes from breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

In between the morning and evening sessions, you will have some free time each day in which to relax, unwind, and explore the local area. You will also have one afternoon off as a group, in the middle of the week. Our fantastic location means most students like to take advantage of the opportunity to head down the beach for a dip in the sea and often head out for a surf or use the on-site gym or tennis facilities.
